the Joy of Writing a Journal

There are many reasons why you should start journaling. Aside from its health benefits, such as helping you reduce stress and anxiety, it truly develops the inner self. That is, if you are honest and consistent. Some people would do this for mental health issues or to express art. I have been journaling for almost 20 years. I wrote on notebooks about how my day went through, my thoughts, my reflections and answers to personal discovery questions. I wrote a letter to my future partner.  I said my prayers in writing.  I summarized what happened in a month and rated it. I listed dozens of checklists to do, and when I looked back, only half was done. It reminded me to take actions. I have drawn life flow charts. I doodled flowers with leaves. And as I looked back on my old writings, I smiled at the prayers that were answered. It's important that you know the reason why you should write a journal. Morning Habits of a Thriving Single Woman

You don't have to be a " Morning person " to accustomed these habits in your daily activity. You can set your schedule anytime in the morning, as long as you have a slow time to perform the recommended 10 habits before you start your work or going out.  The morning routines are based on my experiences, which I adapted from the morning habits of rich and successful people. So far, they have been effective in helping me feeling rich and successful... as Vincent Van Gogh said; "Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together." 1. A moment of thanksgiving.  Practicing m indfulness is one stoic habit to appreciate your surroundings. Once you woke up, feel, see, and hear what are the things to be thankful for.
